Programs
We have developed safety management programs for diverse organisations, ranging from Municipal Depots to Geologist Consultants. We specialise in assisting sectors of the community who may have not had much exposure to managing OH&S issues – developing structures and guidelines from scratch. We then provide a mentoring role to assist the client in independently administering OH&S challenges.
Advice for Clients

It is our goal to provide training manuals that are easy to understand, and readily relate to your workforce. Procedures
We can develop comprehensive procedures for any workplace environment – we then assist the relevant managers to train workers in implementation of new procedures and ‘best practice’ monitoring of the effectiveness of the procedures in the workplace.

Symtac Consultants can provide a comprehensive audit service and a planned way forward to assist the client in establishing where they are and ‘the path’ they need to take to achieve compliance legislative requirements.
