To provide a professional training program for medical staff in relation to the professional response and management of Incidents of Occupational Violence in a Healthcare Setting.

Symtac Provided:
This training program allows staff to properly prepare for threatening incidents caused by aggressive persons or persons affected by drugs/alcohol. We take attendees through issues of how to prepare, respond, manage, recover and learn from incidents of this type.
