Develop an on line training course for induction purposes to allow Department of Human Services, Grampians Region staff and associated hospitals to effectively manage Aggressive Persons and Threatening Incidents in the workplace.
Symtac Provided:
Symtac Pty Ltd, in conjunction with the Department of Human Services, Grampians Region, has developed an on line training course which comprises an interactive component comprising as well as short illustratory film segments explaining the responses to various threats. The course is focused on the safety of the staff and patients as well as preparation, through conflict resolution to debriefing and analysis of the incident
