To provide training and advice to Monash University Staff Development Unit and assist other departments in enforcement issues and emergency response.

Symtac Provided:
Since 2003, Symtac Pty Ltd has provided a training program to all staff who work at Monash University to assist them in the professional management of aggressive and threatening incidents that occur in the workplace. Symtac has also developed procedural manuals for a number of departments to assist them in effective emergency response. Recently, Symtac provided a training program to assist campus traffic officers with issues of operational safety and legislative compliance.

Results:
Symtac Pty Ltd has been contracted to provide similar services for Monash University in 2008
