On Line Aggression Management Induction Training Course
We have developed an On Line Induction program for the Medical Industry in conjunction with the Department of Human Services Grampians region on Workplace Violence and Aggression Management which is currently being used in hospitals all over western Victoria. It covers preparation for incidents, the incident itself and post incident recovery and analysis. There are film segments showing the "right" and "wrong" way to handle volatile situations.
